Keen brings extensive professional services experience to her new role, and a commitment for fostering diversity and promoting leadership opportunities for women within the video production industries and the local community. In her capacity as President, Keen is responsible for launching REDLINE as a stand-alone entity and its future growth. Previously, Keen was the Chief Professional Services Officer at DELTA |v| Forensic Engineering, where REDLINE incubated as a branded service line.

Under Keen's leadership, REDLINE will continue its dedication to storytelling by providing animation and visualization, video production, and video and animation strategy services for litigation, corporate, and the culture and lifestyle industries in North Carolina and across the US.

As a resident of Charlotte, Keen has immersed herself into the local business and philanthropic communities; she is on the Board of Directors of both Women’s Impact Fund and the Project One Scholarship Foundation, is a founding member of the Novant Health Foundation Novateurs, and was a Charlotte Business Journal 40 Under 40 winner. Kristin Keen has both an BA and MBA from Georgetown University.
